Dr. Beisheim was a panelist at the Post-2015 intergovernmental negotiations (Stocktaking session), where she addressed matters of follow up and review concerning the implementation of the Post-2015 agenda and sustainable development goals (SDGs). Here she stressed the importance of a differentiated approach to be implemented through a bottom-up, multi-level design approach, incorporating diverse stakeholders, efficient reporting requirements, and last but not least a robust follow-up process (for detailed information please see the paper and live recording of the panel in the Topic Links). In addition to her input as a panelist, Dr. Beisheim participated in a workshop on “Governance for Sustainable Development” where she commented in the session on “national frameworks for monitoring and review of implementation”.
