Luisa Linke hat European Studies (BA) an der Universität Maastricht und der Université de Montreal studiert sowie Internationale Beziehungen (MA) an der Freien Universität Berlin, der Humboldt-Universität Berlin und Universität Potsdam. Von 2014 bis 2017 war sie wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am SFB 700 der Freien Universität Berlin und Research Affiliate an der Berlin Graduate School for Transnational Studies (BTS). Seit 2018 arbeitet sie als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin an der Arbeitsstelle Europäische Integration des Otto-Suhr-Instituts der FU Berlin
