Peter has been working as Research Associate at the Collaborative Research Centre 700 since February 2010. As part of the research project C3 “Transnational Security Governance: Organized Crime and Governance-Interventions in Mexico and Central America” he has been investigating the local appropriation and rejection of transnational norms of statehood. Be-tween 2002 and 2008 he studied political science at the Philipps-University in Marburg, the IEP Rennes and the Free University Berlin.
