Working Group Normative Questions
The working group on normative questions analyzes the legal and moral implications of governance in areas of limited statehood. Within this context, the group especially concentrates on the normative questions arising when external actors intervene in areas of limited statehood. For example, how to judge conditionality in international development aid or transnational companies providing goods and services for their staff members only excluding all others in need?
