Steven Livingston at the SFB
Professor Steven Livingston from the Elliott School of International Affairs of the George Washington University is currently a guest of the Collaborative Research Center (SFB) 700. Livingston will be working in the Binger Str. as a visiting scientist until the beginning of April. April 1-2 he will be heading a workshop on “Information and Communication Technology in Areas of Limited Statehood: A New Form of Governance?”.
